These wines were made with grapes of the Central Valley of Chile where the soil and climate are among the most privileged in the world to grow noble wine grapes. In summer, the vineyards are irrigated with pure water that originates in the melting snow and glaciers of the Andes mountains.

: Cabernet Sauvignon Valley : Maipo Harvest type : Hand harvested in small 400 Kg. containers Soil : Alluvial, with abundant gravels, permeable, with low fertility Climate Mild and warm, corresponding to Winkler Zone III. Maturation and aging : Stainless steel, at low temperatures Color: Red ruby color, of medium intensity Aroma : Intense aroma to black fruits such as wild raspberries, with a touch of pepper. Youthful but complex. Flavor : Its fruit is prominent in the mouth, with sweet and round tannins, good persistence Pairings : Well-seasoned meats with cooked vegetables and sauces. Mature cheeses, smoked ham, patés and terrines. Serve around 18° C.. |
